Rworks, Inc. has established the following personal information protection policy. Rworks is committed to establish, implement, maintain and improve the internal systems and regulations to ensure the personal information protection.

1. Aims of the compliance program for personal information protection
   1. The program specifies the basic guidelines for collecting, using and sharing personal information properly.
   2. The program provides a code of conduct and specific rules to discourage unauthorized access to personal information and to prevent the loss, destruction, falsification, and disclosure of personal information.
2. Organizational activities
   To implement the basic guidelines, we perform the following activities:
   1. The directors and all company employees comply with laws and regulations on personal information protection.
   2. The officer is appointed to be in charge of managing personal information protection. The officer has the responsibility and authority for managing the compliance program.
   3. The officer is appointed to be in charge of auditing the system, and the officer conducts the system audit.
   4. The operation of the in-house regulations and the procedures for the operation is reviewed, based on the results of the system audit.
   5. Customers are requested to cooperate so that we can achieve the objectives of the guidelines.
   6. The basic guidelines are published on our website and in our corporate brochures.
   7. The compliance program is constantly reviewed.
3. Handling of personal information
   1. Respect for rights
      We respect individual rights regarding personal information. When a customer requests that we disclose, correct or delete a customer's personal information, we meet the request within a reasonable time and in a reasonable way.
   2. Collection and sharing of personal information
      We inform customers of the objectives of collecting personal information, and restrict the usage of personal information collected to ensure that it is handled properly.
      We treat the personal information of our clients, which we use as part of our corporate activities, as confidential. Moreover, we do not use technologies such as cookies to collect personal information without consent.
   3. Security measures
      We provide a suitable in-house code to implement security measures to prevent personal information from being disclosed outside the company and to prevent the unauthorized modification of personal information.
